Jincy Asha Jose is Real Estate Broker and HAR Platinum Agent from Houston who started her real estate career as an investor. Only 13% of Realtors and Agents nationally make it past their first license renewal period. Fay has already far surpassed the requirements Texas keeps for her because she believes her customers deserve to be served at the highest level possible. She took SAE 30 hour Courses each in Investment, Marketing, and Brokerage. Developed marketing plans to sell internationally resulting in 3000% return on investment. Bid and purchased at auction a 2500 acre tract of land. Coached CEO to sell a portion of minerals on the property to recover total investment the first year and continued to sell minerals on the property to improve the property. Hired construction company to clear land put in roads and build lakes on the property. Managed all levels of multiple projects including budgeting, administration, and prospecting.
