When Del Webb started development of Sun City Texas in 1996, Sandy began working for the builder, first as Marketing Coordinator, responsible for all the print, radio, TV, online promotional materials and events. She then became licensed as an Escrow Officer and for seven years handled all of the closings for new homes in Sun City.
