Bob Nix is Owner/Broker for BNT Realty Group. Over the past nearly 20 years Bob has worked primarily with Commercial clients in land development and retail operations. Some of the more prominent clients he has had the privilege of working with are Pilot/Flying J Travel Corporation, Tractor Supply and O Riley Auto Parts. Bob is married to Teresa Nix and they have 5 adult children and 11 phenomenal grand-children.

Leveraging my experience as an owner of a construction and remodeling business I strive to simplify home buying and selling experience navigating the way for the first timers, trying to score the perfect distressed property for investors and providing help for experienced buyers and sellers. I have been actively investing in residential real estate since 2014 and have recently turned my attention to the purchase and sales side of the industry, helping others realize their dreams. My graduate degree in International Management coupled with undergraduate degree in Finance and extensive business experience, has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers, sellers and fellow investors, and effectively marketing my listings. I am honest, hardworking and knowledgeable about the real estate industry and am proud to be associated with an office of top agents at Coldwell Banker United here in The Heights, around Houston and around the country.
