My entire career has revolved around Real Estate and I know every aspect; from drafting Real Estate Documents, Loan Application Approval, Underwriting, and Closing and Funding. You name it, I've done it and I LOVE it.

Over the past three decades, Carole has pursued her twin passions of real estate and helping individuals achieve their dreams. It was in the early 1990s when she first delved into the world of real estate, uncovering the path to personal wealth through property investments. Her journey began with a multi-family home, and since then, she has been blessed to acquire, develop, oversee, and successfully sell multiple properties in Harris, Montgomery, Nueces, and Walker Counties. These ventures have included diverse real estate types, such as land, new residential builds, custom homes, vacation condos, and most notably, the custom-built home where she currently resides with her husband. I am a licensed REALTOR® and specialize in residential real estate. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked as a paramedic for eight years, which helped me develop excellent customer service skills and a calm demeanor. I am patient, meticulous and always put my clients first. In my free time, I enjoy flying airplanes, golfing, and fishing. I am married and have two dogs. Debbie Manning has been licensed in Houston as a Realtor since 1978. A native Houstonian, Debbie offers her clients twenty seven years of knowledge and experience. She has been involved in all facets of residential sales. Debbie has extensive experience in relocation, both with US and international clients. Her in depth knowledge of the Houston market also has made her popular with investors taking advantage of the IRS 1031 tax-deferred exchange. In addition her clients benefit from her knowledge of income tax deductions and savings related to the sale and purchase of residential real estate.

In her career, Debbie has also been a professional Real Estate Trainer and a Sales Manager. “My experience on all sides of the real estate transaction is a great benefit to my clients,” says Debbie.
